Archana is a seasoned HR Leader, an independent Executive coach & a career conversationalist. She has vast experience of working in varied industries where she has excelled in building & strengthening organization capability, understanding business drivers & cultural nuances. She has worked in Fortune 100 MNCS & Indian conglomerates as GSK, Xerox, Delta Electronics, India Today & a few more.
With an MBA in HR, a Bachelor’s in Law, and a Master’s in Commerce, Archana brings a robust academic foundation to her work. After a successful 26-year corporate career, she transitioned in 2020 to co-found Sinerrgia Consulting where she channels her passion for empowering individuals and organizations.
Rituparna is a professional with 23 years of experience in Sales, HR and Academics. She has worked in industries such as ITES, Power Electronics and Education and has been deeply involved in people centric roles, facilitating, mentoring and building teams that work harmoniously. She has contributed to organisations such as NIIT Ltd, Allsec Technologies, Delta Electronics and IILM University.
Her interest also lies in training and facilitation and has conducted several workshops on topics such as Personal Effectiveness, Emotional Intelligence, Critical Thinking, Communication skills, Building a Personal brand and Leadership Development.
She is a PG in Management from Indian School of Business, and a commerce graduate from Calcutta University.
